It was super hard deciding between awarding you the CSA or Complete Bitch of The Day (for now on known as CBOTD) award. Honestly, it could have gone either way. But since you took time to point out your mad customer service skills I thought I'd give you your proops.

I know it's been tough on you with me doing all of your work these past nine months. Well, not just your work but essentially your entire freaking office.

But today is your big day, people!

You actually have to start doing your job now. I'm sure it's going to be really hard on all of you and I'll probably regret fighting for my rights. In the long run, I'll end up answering so many of your stupid questions I'll get to that point where I say I should just do it myself because you are all idiots. Or the likely scenario will be that because you are all complete morons I'll be forced to start doing your work again because you are incapable of doing it yourselves. This kinda crap only happens at the OOD. Only here would your basic refusal to do your job be allowed to fly so long. But as you are fully aware of, here at the OOD we like to avoid fixing things at all cost.

I'm sure you are pissed that you have to do your job now which explains your pissy attitude with me. Tough break and about damn time i say - but hey thanks for letting me know I've been doing your job extra shitty and how you are going to be so superb at it now. Your knowledge of processes is amazing. I especially liked it when you said, "I am pretty good with my clients in explaining things to them and helping them through the process so I will be glad to help her and sure that she will be upset about the process but happy with me as her new representative. "

All the more power to ya, Super Woman. Way to save the day for disgruntled customers every where.
